Nestled peacefully among the pines, the hotel provides a tranquil setting perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The towel heater in the bathroom was appreciated, particularly as the weather cooled at the end of September. The spacious sofa bed ensured a comfortable night’s sleep, and the friendly reception team created a welcoming atmosphere. The value proposition falters significantly. Guests may find the outdoor swimming pool appealing; yet, other fundamental services fell short. During my visit, I faced persistent issues with heating and air conditioning, alongside unreliable Wi-Fi that was inaccessible from my room. I raised these concerns with management four days prior to checkout, but no action was taken. While the car-free village was a pleasant touch, I suggest potential guests weigh these drawbacks against their desire for luxury. Ultimately, while the location and amenities are enticing, consider whether the overall experience aligns with your travel expectations.
